Position Details

SUMMARY OF POSITION
While embracing HouseRight values, your primary task is to assist with multiple accounts payable responsibilities at HouseRight. You will be working with the Operations Team to complete these tasks, as well as other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE ARE TRYING TO DO

We operate out of a calling to serve the local church and to see the Church thrive. You are going to fuel efforts to do as much of this as we can together.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payable Assistant

  • Collect and post payable invoices into Quickbooks
  • Apply (and/or create) vendor for appropriate credit card transactions in Quickbooks
  • Reconcile credit card statements weekly • Review checking account transactions for import into Quickbooks
  • Assist with bank reconciliations as needed • Assist with sales tax filings as needed
  • Assist the GM of Operations as needed

Project Team Coordinator

  • Assist with Project cost accounting and reconciliation
  • Prepare documents for project team coordinated activity
  • Coordinate travel for project team deployments
  • Assist project managers to help push Next Steps as needed
  • Facilitate customer interactions at the beginning and end of project life cycles
  • Assist the GM of Projects as needed

Other Duties as Assigned

  • We “Run to the smoke” when gaps are recognized or if a team member needs help

  • Good written, verbal communication skills and above average computer literacy
  • Some knowledge of AVL/production is helpful but not required

TIME, LOCATION, COMPENSATION

  • This is a multi-disciplinary Full-Time salaried role paid monthly on the last day of the month, with standard HouseRight benefits included
  • This position is based out of our Lexington, Kentucky office
