Position Details
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Thanks for your willingness to partner with HouseRight. It is not a stretch to say that hundreds of churches will be helped over the next decade, and thousands of people will benefit. While embracing House Right values, your primary task is to assist the purchasing department in day-to-day functions. The role will include managing active service/ RMA requests, project and box sale purchasing, supporting deployments, and managing project logistics.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing vendor correspondence

Updating database with purchasing & logistics data

Research and reconcile purchasing expenses
-
Coordinate with Project Lead Manager in support of projects

Assist shipping and receiving related to purchasing and service
-
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS, TRAITS, or TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills/experiences:

You have to be awesome and want to see the Church succeed

AVL production experience a plus but not required
-
Familiar with Microsoft Office suite and proficient on social media platforms

Perform repetitive tasks while staying focused

Self-directed / Self-starter / Efficient time-management skills

Organized and detail-oriented / Administratively wired / Internal drive for accuracy

Able to lift up to 40 pounds (to assist with package delivery)

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines

Process-minded approach to solving problems

Good emotional intelligence

Good written and verbal communication skills, and good computer literacy
TIME, LOCATION, COMPENSATION
- This position is a full-time salaried role with benefits outlined separately as a W2 employee. The job is to be performed in the HouseRight office located in Lexington, KY while keeping regular office hours.
